ManyChatReviews of manychat.com

Terrible solution, doesn't work on Zapier, no documentation and to find out you have to pay a full subscription. Clunky interface and very hard to connect everything so it actually "starts" working. I don't recommend this, a product build with little care and usability.

Instagram sequences do not even work. Cannot like comments. Give weird error codes that are not solveable. Unbelievably bad UI. How does this company make so much money?

No refund attention. After I request them a refund for duplicate service (I did not use one of them), they refused to give me a refund. Very unethical. Do not risk your money with this app.

Unacceptable service! The SMTP email sending feature has been down for over 10 days, completely crippling our business operations. Despite the prolonged outage, we haven’t received any updates, fail reports, or even an offer for a refund. We rely on this functionality for critical sales processes, and the downtime has cost us thousands of euros. The lack of communication and accountability from the team is incredibly frustrating. If you’re looking for a reliable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been nothing short of disastrous.

terrible support, terrible service. I kept paying manychat even though I can't access my account. I can't even access support because their website doesn't work.

Manychat looked like it was going to be the solution to my problems. However, I was wrong. Instagram kept sending me notices that it was sensing automation which is against their policies. I went to manychat support and it said to refresh permissions which I did several times. Well finally my account on Instagram was suspended. I don’t run any other automations to the account. I contacted Manychat once more for assistance and they sent my refund. No explanation. No justification. Just sent me the refund and said thank you for your business. All over the help pages and FAQs, It states that manychat and Meta play well. That they are permitted. If this were true, why was my account disabled. An account that I’ve been growing for over 10 years.

You literally can't send them an email for support unless you're paying for the pro plan. And finding a free support ticket is even harder, try learning what having a free tool means from Capcut or Canva.

Very disappointed about service. Take always few days or weeks to get answer (yes : i said weekS). Moreover, a bug happened to Facebook and Manychat did'nt send any notification from their customer to wrote them it. During this time, i spent 150$ on ads each days during 6 days. I contact them to ask about the issue. Of course, no refund, no gesture commercial. So at the end : they don't took any responsibility (even if they didnt send any email)
