I am currently trying to access treatment for ocd and so was searching for specialist ocd treatment in my area and this came up. The page specifically talks about having therapists in my city. And provides the photos of the 4 top therapists apparently in my area. It also says it works with 50+ ocd specialists in my area. My main issue is that the same 4 pictures of supposed experts in my area appear not just on the page for my area but on the pages for any other area selected. I feel this is very misleading and without subscribing to the service there is no way to know if there are any experts in your area or their credentials or ability to treat the condition.

As a therapy provider I was looking to expand my practice and so scheduled an interview with Mantracare. The interviewer didn't have my details to hand, said it wasn't an interview, got angry with me for asking about the payments and told me that the base charge in the UK is £80 per session. The interviewer was vague and seemingly deceptive so I didn't get on board.

Their ad funnel made me think I was getting a therapist from my country. I was matched with someone else who ignored my request of appointment and set her own time. I then asked to switch to a different therapist who started booking slots with me without communicating beforehand. I contacted support for a refund who then told me that they can't process the request because the therapist is trying to book with me. I get 4 emails a day for reminders of the "appointment" that I never scheduled. Very unprofessional service.

Scam website, I spent €68 euros on an assessment and had no way to schedule the session. I tried to reach out over all available channels and called multiple numbers but was unable to reach a human.

App crashes. Can't find message area where they are supposedly trying to contact me. Can't figure out how to schedule the $50 each therapy appointments I paid for. There is no customer service chat or phone line, and no videos on how to use the app. The only phone number (even the US area code one, I found out, unfortunately) rings in India so I woke that person up in the middle of the night but she's looking for business partners, not to help clients. It is fully unbelievable that this service is part of care plans including Cigna. Their refund policy is "If you dispute, we will come after your credit, send you to collections, cancel your account, ban you from the platform." Today, after sending multiple messages yesterday, I found my account has been cancelled without any reference to what I paid for, whether the app works, or anything. Garbage. Don't use it.
