i worked as a therapist with app.. never got paid.. every month they keep lying the same lie , l;ike a comepletly undeveloped person with mental state of 5 years old and i cannot get it how they do therapy app !!! its a scam completly fraud.. they ow me a lot of money that they never pay continue with a very low lies and behavior pretending to call me to sort the issue.. they hure unqualified people,.. they never ask for your degrees or any criminal recored since they themselves are criminals.. watch out alot of people work there have no qualification

It’s a scam. I purchased a trial package and my appointment has been cancelled without reason. No service no refunds.

Tiene pinta de scam desde el primer momento. Me inscribí por linkedin a una oferta de voluntariado como terapeuta (no remunerada) en Alemania. Me escriben por whatsapp desde un nº de India (¿por qué si el trabajo es en Alemania? Aunque la empresa es en India). Le digo una hora para entrevista y me manda un enlace con una hora diferente. Dejo de responder y me escribe insisténtemente para que me presente a la hora citada. La empresa parece que existe, pero viendo el comportamiento de la empleada y las opiniones de otros usuarios, a saber. Pagar sabía que no me pagarían porque es un voluntariado, pero dar mis datos parece mala idea.

Paid for one month subscription got a random therapist that I didn't even have experience what I asked for. When I messaged the therapist was no response and did not show to our scheduled session. Avoid wasting your money.

Be careful with this company; they cheat people and will not pay you for your work. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I used Mantracare last year and was totally ripped off by them. Autocharged my account without warning and refused to give me a refund. The app didn't work properly and one session was cancelled without warning and they didn't find me an alternative. I did have one or two sessions and came out even more distraught than when I went in. Also one therapist told me she hadn't been paid for all the work she had done. This site is targeting vulnerable people. It must be shut down and the people running this should be taken to court.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They find you terrible therapists, different time zones, and inadequate English. They will not refund the money. Avoid!!!!

Refused to refund over 600 dollars that they’ve charged without me realising that they set the app to automatic renewal.I have never used the service after the first trial.
