Refused to refund over 600 dollars that they’ve charged without me realising that they set the app to automatic renewal.I have never used the service after the first trial.

Thieves. Scammers. Dishonest. Working for these clowns and never saw a dime. Actually, the clown is me, they must be laughing at all the money they make out of honest people and their clients who trust they pay their providers. We are the clowns.

Can I give no stars? They don't pay you and as soon as they onboard you, you won't hear fr ok my them again. It's a big scam, they get people's money, keep the practitioner around until they realise they will never get paid but then, who cares? They already made 2 months worth of fees. Unscrupulous. Disrespect for the professional and their clients.

I'm a provider with Mantra Care. I take my job seriously and I am truly passionate about helping people. I had a few sessions booked and they went well but sometimes people book and don' turn up, so I contacted Mantra Care enquiring if I would get paid, after all I was there. I never got an answer. I should have had payment coming my way on the 7th, it never happened. I contacted them many times. The app is appaling and full of glitches, even my patients were complaining. It is such a shame that they are unprofessional and just dismissive. I am not holding my breath for payment after what I read about them. It could be an amazing service if they would just do the right thing for the providers, the patients and fix their glitchy app, even put the ap on the pc as many patients dislike doing sessions via mobile. It falls in deaf ears unfortunately.

MantraCare is a huge scam. I worked for them as a service provider for 3 months, and didn’t get paid once. They kept telling me they would “release payments next week”, and when I asked them they would constantly ignore me. The app itself is also so incredibly difficult to use, I heard from several of my clients that they had paid for the services and couldn’t schedule an appointment with a therapist. Their customer support sucks too, so whenever I tried to reach out to them to ask them to fix my clients’ issues with the app, they would take forever to respond. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt in hopes that they were just slow, but these people are dishonest scammers that take advantage of anyone that comes their way. If you want to see a therapist, I suggest you put your money into a trustworthy therapy platform or find a private therapist.

I have applied to work with MantraCare as an instructor, I was selected, they sent me an email with general information about payment and other rules, I replied asking further information about a few important things and they never got back to me until I told them I was disappointed for their behaviour and I would have written a bad review. Then the HR got in touch with me and finally I had the answers. Then I needed another piece of information because I was struggling with the App and couldn't activate it properly to get in touch with clients, and again they were not replying to me. At that point I decided to quit my collaboration with them, this is not the environment I like to work for. I asked them to delete my public profile from their website as well as delete my video presentation I did for the clients. They agree. And nevertheless I still receive client's requests for my activity and I can't tell the clients the truth because I can't access the App. Very annoying. I told the HR 3 times already that this is not fair, that they have to delete my profile because I don't want to collaborate anymore. They still keep my profile active without my consent!!!!!!!! Very dishonest!

App wasnt very easy to use. Got contacted by customer service for certain rate and said I needed to contact customer service directly to book an appointment. They couldnt help me book an appointment and then just stopped responding.
