I had a ring in my cart for quite a while, and after moving four hours away from our previous home, I unfortunately forgot that my old address was still saved when I placed the order. I didn’t realize it until it was too late! Thankfully, I reached out to an old friend in the area, who went to check on it for me. The new residents told us they had sent it back, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My luck! I immediately contacted customer care, and Austin was kind enough to help me reorder the ring and update the shipping address so it would arrive in time for our special day. I’m so thankful for his help and truly feel blessed that we chose Manly Bands for our forever ring! By the way, my husband absolutely LOVES his ring! It’s so beautifully made, and we couldn’t be happier with it. I’ll definitely be purchasing more rings for him so he can have different options, and I’ll be sure to recommend Manly Bands to others as well.
