I ordered my ring, but I messed up and ordered the wrong size. I did their exchange program and they had my replacement ring to me extremely fast and were very friendly about it. They really calmed my stress level down with how easy it was. The replacement ring fits wonderfully, feels great, and looks Amazing!

I’m very happy with the quick response time of customer service, the turnaround of my ring, and a special attention to detail. I was very worried I wasn’t gonna get my ring in time for my wedding. But manly bands did it with time the spare. I especially love the craftsmanship of my new ring; it’s very unique and never seen anything like it. (The Rock crawler.) I’m very picky and spent a lot of time looking for the right ring for me, Manly bands website was easy to navigate and had a large variety of rings right up my alley. I had a great experience I couldn’t ask better. I love it.

So many things made this experience great. First off the variety of styles they have is amazing! Such great styles to fit any type of man. The quality is also really great! I was very impressed when I received it! Also, how easy it was to order made the experience effortless. But my favorite part, they’re easy return policy and customer care. The ring I ordered for my fiancé was very small, I was able to go into the link, request a return label send back the ring and I received the new ring in the correct size within days! That in itself was a great experience! This company is the real deal!

Just want to say how incredible this companies customer service is. I am from the U.K. and luckily was able to visit the US for work. I bought a ring for my partner as it was perfect for him and had it delivered to a friend there. Unfortunately when I got back it was too small. I contacted customer service and spoke to Jaymi who went above and beyond. I’m still in shock how kind the company is. Thank you so much ❤️

I ordered the ‘cartographer’ wedding ring to the U.K.. I love the design, however after a short time I had some issues with some of the black inlay coming away. Wasn’t expecting much, but thankfully Britt at Manly bands in the USA was super helpful - they paid for all the postage and taxes to have the ring fixed and even resized it for me for free, even though I was outside the allowed period for doing so. Solid company who have really gone the extra mile, can’t ask for more than that!

Came across Manly Bands back when I first got engaged in 2020 and loved all the different styles they had. Had the same ring in mind for the big day and finally bought it. Ring was delivered within a few days from USA to my address in Scotland and was lucky enough to have it delivered with the Tactical Case and Silocone "Best Man" wedding ring free. I ordered slightly too snug for my liking and spoke to customer services (Stacie) about exchanging for a slightly bigger size. Had quick response and everything was dealt with in no time. Have never experienced customer service as great as these guys! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome looking wedding rings with the added bonus of having excellent customer services, if you needed it.

One of the main reasons I chose this company for my wedding ring was because I had read that their customer service was good, and I'm not sure that did it justice. Their customer service was amazing and after having a minor issue with Fedex during delivery, I found that I'd sized my ring a bit too small. When I contacted them they didn't hesitate to send out an updated size knowing that my wedding was fast approaching. They were incredibly prompt in their contact and unbelievably helpful. And to top it off the ring looks incredible. Really great craftsmanship. I just want to thank Miriam and the company, and a glowing review is the best way I can. I will be recommending them to anyone i know looking for a ring.
