I've tried in different constelations to search for a flight from Frankfurt to Langkawi (over Kuala Lumpur) round trip. The system offers the cheapest rate of 560 Euros one way, which is not cheap atall and much higher if I had booked on Qatar Airways for the same route. When clicking on the price the system is automatical adding a code share rate and raises the prise on over 850 Euros. Round trip became 1,447.57 LOL These are extremely unethical and unfair business practices. Dear Malaysia Airlines. How about if I pay 0 Euro? YOU want tourists in your country. YOU want passangers, especially after your two plane losses and your rebranding. Did you ever though about that we might have alternatives in Europe? We are a family of 5 which you want to rip off. For the flight prices alone I do have a wonderful luxury week in Switzerland. GFYS

I had an issue during my travel and there is no way that I can raise it. So, I have sent this email but haven't got any response. Because, they don't even have any email for complaints. Here is the email I have sent: Hello there I just want to raise a refund request for the purchase I made on 25/06/2026 at shop AK20 - 005 at Auckland Duty Free. My flight was cancelled after boarding and the Airlines sent us to the hotel for the time being. No one provided any guidelines about my duty free liquor products. So, I took it with me and when I came back today to catch my flight then the security stopped it. They suggested me to take the receipt and pictures of the product for refund. I spoke to the manager of the store about refund and she told me to send a request for refund by email. I am also attaching my e-ticket pdf and picture of my boarding pass for the flight which was cancelled. Kindly find the attachment for the pictures of the receipt and product. I have also sent email to the duty free store for this and it is clearly mentioned in the email that the Airline should have provided the guidance for duty products refund on flight cancellations. But for now, I don't want anything but my refund for this purchase ase no-one notified us about the purchases and refunds at duty free (at time of flight cancellations). Kindly resolve this issue and provide me refund for this as the compensation for all the rough time I have been through, during all that time.

Customer support don’t exist, biz class is a joke and I wouldn’t pay again for biz class with them during day (just a bigger seat), cabin crew are great but that’s it, try and use enrich points is a joke, can buy cheaper than the admin fee they charge when using points

Unacceptable customer support: I booked a flight via the malaysia airlines website, for which I needed to buy extra luggage. This, however, was not possible when booking the flight, but there were also no hints, that this would not be possible later on. The flight is being managed by turkish airlines. I assumed that I would be able to buy extra luggage capacity later on in the "manage my bookings" tab, however, I did not see that option. When asking the customer support, they referred me to turkish airlines, as they told me they were not the main provider. Turkish airlines referred me back. Even though my flight is in over 2 months and I tried to cancel it the same day, a refund fee of 200 USD would be charged if I cancelled it. This is unacceptable.

One word... disgusting! This airline along with it's culture are a bunch of filthy parasites. This is the outcome from my experience flying Malaysia Air. Dirty, greasy seats, rude, smelly, filthy, loud, inconsiderate demographic of customers and the staff are blunt and rude. Don't fly with this rot.

I am very disappointed with the baggage handling service. I travelled on Malaysia Airlines from Sydney to Chennai via Kuala Lumpur (MH140/MH182), and my checked baggage did not arrive at my destination. The process of locating and reporting the missing baggage has been stressful and inconvenient. Passengers should not have to worry about whether their luggage will arrive with them after a long international journey. I would appreciate a prompt update on the location of my baggage and a quicker resolution process. I hope Malaysia Airlines improves its baggage handling and communication with affected passengers in the future.

Worst Enrich Programme - Redeem points but not fulfilled. Airline running a scam to reduce its liability on points.

Malaysian Airlines has NO toll free contact numbers, calling from Australia. Means you need to make an international call, while virtual contact sometimes can be frustrating. Anyway, Google still showing few free toll numbers available from Australia, if this is not correct airline SHOULD take it off. Ticket, only total carry on luggage available but total check-in luggage does not showing for an easy/quick check.
