Worst experience! Our flight Bali to London via Kuala Lumpur go canceled and rescheduled twice. We had to pay one extra hotel night, lost one day of holiday to sit for 8 hours in the airport ( original flight we paid for had 1 hour stop) all of that without any compensation nor upgrade. Despite buying tickets for two passengers at the same time we can t sit together nor change our seats! Also food is disgusting and on a 23hours journey you get feed only twice. They skip a " normal" meal time.

My flight was delay for 9 hours. Requested for a flight delay certification for insurance claim purpose. Requested via their online form 7 times, and speaking with their customer service for 5 times in 1 month. Until now I still haven't get the certification. They just inform will check/investigate and will get back to me. Until now 1+ month I still haven't get any reply or certificate. worst of the worst........

I choose Malaysia Airlines to travel to my country on my vacation. I wend Colombo from Saigon from 9th April & Plan to comeback Colombo to Saigon 1St May. As your Airlines had issues – How am I waiting to offer another flight schedule until now ?? Today 13th May. It’s not the first time happen issues with Malaysia Airlines – So many times had similar issues. Anyway, What you can do for me? I come back to Saigon already – on the 2nd of May. So I want to claim from Airline & refund the air ticket cost. I contacted my legal adviser & will come back to you. 1. Airlines not given any update responding – if change the flight schedule I have submitted all details – Email, contact phone numbers, my brother's phone number 1. In the Airport, checking counter persons badly talking & instructions. I was at the checking counter, Airport staff members delayed action & when I was asking “what happened – until gate close not responding” They said the ticket was changed – Asking the agent or Airline. Not for them. If valued ticket, come to brooding/checking. I was waiting at the Checking counter for more than 2 hours. Finally said – your ticket was not accepted due to the given instruction cancel – due to transit time more than 24 hours I asking details – They informed me “ As per ticket 1st may that flight can fly & 3rd May evening flight arrange Malaysia to Saigon Finally Checking counter closed & said “ Not accepted to brooding – one reason “unauthorized ticket & late arrivals” – 1. In-App – Mobile application It was mentioned, 30th April – KUR to SGN – Morning Flight. (I was attached a photo) From Colombo to Malaysia 1st of May In Email – Only said time change (herewith attached) What type of online information is provided to customers? We can’t contact Malaysia – try many times to contact the hotline, Colombo agent.

I am planning to travel to the Philippines in a couple of days. Purchased tickets via lastminute.com in February. Malaysia airlines first cancelled my Kuala Lumpur to Manila flight expecting me to be cool with a 50 hour layover. I took the option to request a change on the 13th of May. It took them 9 days to return to me with no change and worse they had cancelled my London outward flight on the Saturday. I again requested an earlier flight as I have further flights in Manila. I happened to check and could see that they had no flights on Saturday or Sunday. This information I had to find out myself. I then requested the Friday flight which I could see was available. I checked daily for the next 9 days and it was available. On the 10th day of waiting and potentially a few days from flying it is no longer available and unsurprisingly they decide to now let me know they could only offer the Monday. I accepted and am now still waiting for them to confirm that this is booked. So slow and no empathy that I could have had this resolved quickly especially considering they cancelled not me. Wasted hotels, trains and airBnB. I also have to pay again for these things days out from travel which will be extortionate prices. Shocking customer service. Lastminute.com no better just ask you to be patient as your plans slowly go up in smoke.

Please avoid at all cost. This will save you from any frustration and lost of money. Their online booking system is full of bugs. My booking with promotion need me to choose the FLEX package(compulsory option) but after payment it become LIGHT package. No refund and no check in luggage for LIGHT package which i did not choose at all. MAS keep saying their system is flawless , no bug , no error but I had a video of their buggy system recorded . The only response they provide is this is ticket policy and user mistake . WOW big applause for them for being the best actor of all time. This is totally unacceptable and I had lodge a report to Malaysia MAVCOM . This is a blood sucking company . I had told them now i'm not asking for refund , Indeed i will pay more to resolve this issue but they just turn a blind eye and pretend to be deaf. With their arrogant and ignorant attitude I will not ever fly with Malaysia airline and this is a lesson learned which i wanted to share with everyone. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER OF FLYING WITH MALAYSIA AIRLINES THIS IS A DAYLIGHT ROBBERY AND FRAUD COMPANY

My flight schedule was changed by Malaysian Airlines, transit time exceeded 72hours. An option for a refund was offered and i accepted 7 days before the flight on lastminute.com, but a refund was not actioned. Under Malaysian Airlines "General Conditions of Carriage" section 10.2.2, Malaysian Airlines should have refunded according to this article. Malaysian Airlines have told me a non-refundable ticket cannot be refunded even if they changed schedule. I lost £700. Reservation PW58T6

Terrible airline with non existence customer service. Malaysia Airlines cancelled my flight with less than 24 hour notice and offered no alternative flight. The refund was rejected as their refund policy doesn't give refunds even if they cancel. So basically they cancel your flight and take your money. Customer service phone lines cut off after being connected and the advisors are incompetent. Beware of this scam airline!

The WORST customer service, I am pretty sure this whole airline is a scam. I would be very pleased to see this airline go bust x
