Great customer service Amazing service from Kuala Lumpur to London.

Booked flights to Australia but due to Covid the flights were cancelled. You might think it's strange that I give 5 stars to them without actually flying with them , but , they kept me updated with flight status regularly and when flights were eventually cancelled I was refunded within 7 working days. I will rebook with them when I can make my trip down under ................We'll see what rating they get afterwards !

Took a trip to Europe December-Jan 2019. Booked a flight from SG-KL-LHR. I’m honestly happy for the price I paid. The food was nice! The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would honestly fly again with Malaysia Airline in the future, superb service/food matching the price you’ve paid for I’d say. Thanks for the lovely experience

Nunca habíamos reservado con Malaysia Airlines. Lo compramos a última hora para volver a europa ya que cerraban el país por el COVID-19. Volamos de KUL a LHR. Todo GENIAL la verdad. El vuelo sin retrasos, incluso llegamos antes de la hora prevista. El avión sin deterioro, buena pantalla para el entretenimiento, asientos normales para economy class (no he encontrado muchas diferencias significativas con otras compañías). EN CUANTO A COMIDA: NOS SUPONEMOS que primero reparten comida a los billetes de clase más alta y después el resto. Porque iban con una lista y seleccionando pasajeros. Nosotros fuimos del último grupo en repartir y se terminaron muchas opciones. Cabe decir que todo estaba bastante bueno la verdad. Si no llevas ninguna dieta estricta y te gusta todo, está genial. Pero a mi me habría gustado saberlo antes, por eso dejo esta opinión.

Have to say the service on this flight had to be the best we have encountered even though we were in economy. Not once did the air hostesses pull the curtains across the gallery like they do after food has been served as on so many long haul flights we have been on. The choice of films and music was excellent. Food was excellent only complaint that the lighting it was so dim you could not read
