Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied customer. Will not use again and recommend not using Malaysia Airlines. To begin, my flight was delayed twice in the space of 24 hours before my scheduled flight with no indication as to why. I then had to call up multiple times to arrange for my connecting flight to be changed to make sure I reached my final destination. Unhelpful staff and very stressful situation. Secondly on the day of the flight, this was too also delayed before eventually departing with no indication or explanation. Thirdly I came back from holiday and waited to then submit my complaint on the 16/06 and since that date I’ve been met with multiple ‘update’ emails with no actual form of action and now they’ve stopped communicating entirely. Barbaric customer service with no form of assistance at any stage of my journey with them. I will be initiating a chargeback since I have not received the full service neither a response to my complaint. Do not use.

Flight MH3 delayed by 13hours from LHR to KL and all you get was sorry for inconvenience. My tikcets booking, accomodation, the loss that I had to bear becuase of all this, who is going to pay me? Moreover after delaying for 13hours and scheduled to fly on 2135hrs, it is not departing yet and it is 2325hours right now. Nearly 2 hours have passed and no update yet at all. Last update given was at 2220 hours saying we are sorting this out. If its your problem that you have to travel via MH, otherwise never eber board them. Thanks

Support? What support? On the tape they say "we want you to experience an exptional experience". Well calling them is so. They sell tickets and fly but if you want to make a change and tried the chat, the chat people send you to the global contact centre. There after 82 minutes they just hang up. I am also surprised that they just do not react on all the complains here. Probably same departement.

I’ve not heard back from customer service in almost 2 months after sending multiple emails and calling the customer support team multiple times. As you read all of these reviews, you can see that flying Malaysia Airlines is a risk.

Flying Business Class with Malaysia Airlines to Bali was a joke. No priority boarding, seats felt like Economy, and the food—let’s just say you’d be better off with a snack pack. Nothing about this so-called “Business” class was worth the price. Honestly, you’d get a better experience as a monkey in a cage. Save your money and fly with an airline that actually delivers on the Business Class promise. All in all, truly disgusting.

Personally it is the staff who are truly dreadful. They are permanently seen with their faces buried in their phones. They announce turbulence every 5 minutes so that the staff can run to sit down and once again, bury their faces back in their phones, we just felt the worlds mildest turbulance. 🙄 The food isn't fit for humans and frankly, I personally, would not offer it to my dog. It stinks, its fake and the portions are miniscule, ok for a 3 yr old maybe but for a man???? I peeled off the foil lid and water poured over my top and lap and the food reeked badly. No salt, no pepper or anything to improve taste. And anyway, that's all you get for a 14 hr journey. The entertainment is dreadful, stuffed full of ads and giant size subtitles that cannot be removed should you not need them. I had an emergency trip from Manila to UK, I needed to make certain inquiries but absolutely impossible to speak with any one wether in the airport, boarding gate or by phone because if you interrupt them whist on their mobiles they give you a dirty look and rush hard to return to the phone. It's actually very disturbing to see. I just cannot understand how your employer can allow you to wreck their company like that but that's exactly what it is, wrecked!!!

Should v have something like if you delay the flight, you refund or compensate us??
