Booked a flight with malaysia airlines, operated by Turkish Airlines. Both airlines suck! We had a delay which took us two days to arrive at our destination and now we want a refund. Well, that is hard to get. We are constantly being sent to the next one. It is terrible and not clear! I would advise against flying with either of these airlines!

Will never book with them again. Absolutely awful customer service. Booked a flight back in January to Sydney. They cancelled my connecting flight and have provided no alternative. I am unable to cancel the first flight online and have had to rebook a new flight with a different company. I have tried 5 times to get through to customer service and on the online chat. I still have not received any kind of refund from the company.

I would have rated it zero. I would never travel or recommend anyone to travel with MAS. They cancelled our flight on the 11.8.2024 at 0030 hrs for the 2330 flight. The staff took us to the lounge & assured us they would find us a hotel room. We sat & waited overnight for 15 hours. No one came near us with any updates. We called the customer service who could tell us nothing. We were offered a new flight the next day at 1400 hrs, which ran one hour late. This caused great inconvenience & distress to passengers ( children, older people). They took over 5 weeks to "investigate" & consider compensation. They have offered me 3000 Enrich points. They are no good to people who would never use your airlines again. Shame on you, MAS, shame on you. This is not how you treat your customers. Thank god BA is flying to KL in November.

No one works in customer service. Tried getting hold of them through email , phone, messenger no one is ever there.

My experience with Malaysian Airlines has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, my departure ticket was changed without any reason or prior notice. When I reached out for a refund, I was informed that refunds are not provided, leaving me no choice but to book a new ticket with another airline. I tried contacting customer service multiple times—both through phone and social media—but received no response or assistance. As if that wasn’t enough, my return ticket was later deleted from their system without any explanation. Despite providing all the necessary details and following up multiple times, I received no response or assistance from their customer service. This forced me to book another return flight with a different airline at the last minute. The lack of communication, accountability, and support from Malaysian Airlines is unacceptable. Their failure to address critical issues like these not only caused me significant stress but also additional expenses. I understand that this is their easy way to steal money from customers, and it seems they are engaging in fraudulent practices. I would strongly advise against using this airline until they drastically improve their customer service and reliability.

We will never fly with this airline. We have flown so many different airlines we have never faced such issues anywhere else. We just ended up helplessly loosing our money and never got to travel with the ticket. No customer care no office the only thing that worked is their booking and payment. We had always thought great about Malaysia we will be never visit Malaysia or use this airline ever. You stole our money and our peace of mind.

Awful airline. Booked a flight to Melbourne with them back in March. They cancelled the connecting flight and couldn’t offer an alternative. So a refund has been requested but now I’m £300 out of pocket having to book a new flight because they can’t offer a service they have advertised. Customer service is non existent. Didn’t even have the decency to provide any info on alternative routes. Clearly they cancel flights that aren’t selling well and have earned a lot of interest on customers money when they had no interest in providing the service. There should really be some consumer protection on things like this to stop these huge companies exploiting people. If a flight is cancelled the airline should be liable for any incurred costs irrespective of its over 14 days until the flight. Absolute joke of a company. Don’t bother with them
