booking has sucked. Enrich enrolment does not work as the website page is broken. Customer Service refuse to apply the Enrich discount retrospectively. CS say they will phone back and never do. its been 3 weeks and no replies to emails that have been resent as reminders. the codes they give for a discount on your next flight do not work. and guess what, they refuse to honour these codes after the booking has been made even though their form is broken. kind of a booking disaster, and Malaysia Air really dont give a 💩 hope the plane at least stays in the air.

Will never fly this airline and would never recommend it. On the 12th anniversary of the disappearance of MH-370 they announce the end of the search. If I flew this airline and it disappeared, I doubt if they would really care if it suited them. Heartless, cold, and calculating.

An airline that really doesn't care Our flight to Malaysia via Doha was cancelled by Qatar(a very helpful airline) due to the conflict with Iran and the US subsequently our 3 week trip has been cancelled and we cannot travel as planned. We had a total of 3 internal flights booked with Malaysia Airlines none of which we are getting a refund for, company policy apparently means more than customer care and satisfaction Malaysia Airlines DO NOT CARE Money paid, no flights t used, no fault of our own, no refund Shameon you!!!!!

The flight was ok pretty standard, but got us there safely and on time so no complaints. The reason for the one star review was that when we arrived in Phuket airport our cases had gone missing, so after a long flight this was the last thing we needed and on my birthday as well!! Long story short the cases finally arrived and were delivered to the hotel in the evening having gone to god knows where in the meantime. This is the second time I have flown with Malaysian, and the first time I also had luggage issue with my case being damaged last time when we got back to London, so be aware they are cheap, but seem to have issues dealing with your luggage!!

I chose Malaysia Airlines’ Economy Flexi fare specifically because it was marketed as fully refundable. Today, when I tried to cancel my ticket three months in advance, I was hit with a RM500 “cancellation fee”. This is a policy I have never encountered before on Flexi fares. When exactly did MAS decide that “fully refundable” no longer means fully refundable? It gets worse. I also attempted to cancel a Business Class ticket. Historically, Business Class cancellations came with no refund or cancellation fees. I am now being charged AUD600 to cancel. That is not a minor administrative fee — it is a penalty. The entire purpose of paying more for Flexi and Business Class is flexibility. If that flexibility has quietly been stripped away, then these fare categories are misleading at best. I have been a MAS Gold member for years and have remained loyal through multiple service declines. This experience is the final straw. I will no longer fly with Malaysia Airlines, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Loyalty should be rewarded, not exploited through silent policy changes and fine print. Flexibility that disappears when you need it is not flexibility at all.

1.I flew to Australia and back on MAS -Jan 16 to Feb4. There were 4 legs to my journey and on 3 of them I had meals missed. the Stewardess would take my order and then promptly forget to serve it! They also didnt seem to follow the customary disciplined way of going through the seats for serving 2. ENRICH which I signed up to is now simply not responding to my log in, so I CANNOTupload my points claim and before long ti may be too late to do so. I log in succesfully-it demands to sned me a 1 time passocde which just never arrives. Ive contacted Enrich via the web but have had no reply MANA ADA SYSTEM (translated means where is the system) was the tease many years ago about MAS--but this still seems to hold

Hello I filed complaint on there website with no response . I upgraded to business class from Maldives I had juice spilt accidentally by there cabin crew sat in soaked clothes all the way to Bangkok was told there was no extra clothes for me . On top of that my bags didn’t make it to Bangkok they got left behind in Malaysia with my important medicine . I will never fly with them again

Bad service and rude crew members. Sent a complaint message to customer service, no response as crew members did not answer my questions. No responsibility at all.
