Very easy to place my order on the website and see the different collections. The sets were delivered safely and securely. Customer service when contacted were prompt and offered excellent support. I'd highly recommend MalaCasa, and will be ordering from them again. The plates are beautiful in design and I get many compliments on them.

Packaging was great everything came in perfect condition. Plates were as described. The only thing I have to say that’s negative is they don’t stack perfectly straight.

The order process was easy and delivery was fast. The product was packed well and nothing was broken. I absolutely love the dinnerware set that I purchased.

I’m extremely happy with my experience purchasing from MALACASA. The dinnerware set is absolutely beautiful, elegant, high quality, and exactly as expected. The delivery was smooth and everything arrived perfectly. What really made the difference, though, was the customer service. Niki was fantastic throughout the entire process: professional, attentive, kind, and incredibly efficient. She handled everything quickly and made me feel truly taken care of as a customer. It’s rare nowadays to find this level of support and attention to detail. Thanks to this experience, I would definitely buy from MALACASA again ... and I absolutely will in the future. ;) Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service by Niki. I ordered the wrong item she was able to fix the order and add to my order within 24 hours, my items have already shipped! Niki was excellent, looking forward to getting our order.
