I’d give it no stars if I could. Orders from Shutterfly that usually take a couple of weeks at the most take twice as long. What’s disconcerting is that the tracking information is not updated. I’m waiting for delivery on an item that disappeared from tracking three weeks ago (with estimates delivery id the next say). I will not order with that shipping option again. Prefer to pay more or find a different vendor.

Absolute garbage. Every single order shipped with UPS Mail Innovations resulted in angry customers, lost packages, delays and headaches. In some instances, the package ALMOST made it to the customer's house (I'm talking within 5 miles) and then got shipped out to a completely different state only to never be heard from again. Absolute and complete garbage.

Numerous delays. Repeatedly. Blame Macy’s for using them. Amazon would deliver 1 day. Still waiting. It’s been 3 weeks . Same item.

I ordered a t-shirt from redbubble and I got an email saying that it should have came on the 28th. Today is the 29th and the package is still 3 hrs away from my apt. building. I ordered another shirt on the same day that shipped with USPS, and it came a week earlier. Both packages were standard shipping. I had previous bad experiences with UPS smashing and tossing packages too... My shipment from redbubble hasn't arrived yet, but when it does arrive, it will probably get tossed on my doorstep without a knock on the door just like all of my previous packages. How slow can you go indeed.

Package is untraceable once its transferred from UPS to USPS. Last package sat an hour from my home for two and a half weeks on top of already being with UPS for a week. Zero info between the day it was turned over from UPS to this service until the day it was delivered. No anticipated delivery date, nothing. Plan on waiting a month even if you get what you ordered. There is no way to opt out with the seller since you generally don't know they've used it until after it's shipped. My second experience is shaping up the same--10 days and counting in a facility 90 minutes away, no anticipated delivery date available, so no end in sight. Assuming it's not lost, that is.

unfortunately I have multiple orders being shipped through mail innovations that are over a week late, and the tracking information provided shows my packages have been sitting at the same facilities for days, or they are still waiting for the package. one of my packages was shipped 14 days ago and that still can’t tell me when I will actually receive it. unfortunately in all cases, the companies I ordered from shipped my orders immediately, so they are not to blame, but I will not pay for items I didn’t receive. mail innovations should be ashamed of this service
