Worst company I have ever dealt with , ordered their ART Boots on 9/2/23 never to arrive ! After numeous Emails & told they were in there way , I eventually cancelled my order in June ! I then requested a refund ! Nearly a month later & still getting the run around via email with all the excuses of email backlogs ! Happy to take your money, but reluctant to honour a refund for non supply of goods in a timely manner . Very poor business practice !

I have been waiting for a refund from this company for two months… every time I reach out to see what is happening and why it is taking so long I get vague responses like “we are working on your refund” or “we will check on it and get back to you as soon as possible”. It doesn’t take 2 months to process a refund. It’s been a week since the last time they sent me one of these, I’ve given up and filed a PayPal dispute. It’s a shame because the clothes are lovely but I won’t be buying from these guys again. EDIT: Reply to owner - I absolutely have not received any gift card for the item I cancelled, the only one received was for an item I returned. You sent two emails to me AFTER reading this review, you were not trying to contact me as your reply suggests. Your email stated “I can refund this through PayPal” - upon replying to that I received an automated message saying you are on maternity leave and to contact Jenny, the employee that has been incredibly unhelpful this entire time. And I STILL have not received my refund.

I would give this company no stars if I could. Waited for months ( over 6 months ) for an item - it never came. Requested a refund - no replies to my request just a generic e mail which didn’t address the issue. These people are scammers. They take your money and you’re left with no item and no money 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I purchased 2x products in may. Have not received either, and have also been met with vague communication from the company. And that is when I’ve been lucky enough to receive a response. I have asked for a refund however this just gets ignored and I have repeatedly been told that I’ll get an update when they are aware of the ETA of my items and thanked for my patience. I checked reviews to see if others have had the same experience and unfortunately noticed a bunch of reviews of others who have been scammed. Please do not believe the positive reviews on here - if you look closely they are all dated differently yet posted on the same day as a response to several poor reviews. Quite obviously the brand are responsible for writing these. I wish they had time to reply to emails rather than write false positive reviews. Give me back my money mahli. Do not purchase!!

This business doesn’t even deserve one star. I purchased a dress in May to wear for my birthday in June. It’s now the 28th of July and I’m yet to have my dress or a refund. They have stolen my money and I don’t like my chances of recovering it. Every email enquiry is met with a pathetic excuse response. Beware!!!

I have no idea what is going on with this brand. Made my first purchase many months ago on a preorder expected to arrive in May/June. It’s now nearly august and still no dress or tracking number or ETA on when the dress will arrive. It’s a really expensive piece, and I truly want it and love it but at this point I don’t know whether to keep waiting or request my money back. Communication from the brand has been pathetic - very inconsistent with replies, vague responses, and extremely unhelpful in providing updates or ways to remedy the situation. I will not be supporting this brand ever ever again!

I purchased a pair of Outlaw boots at the end of Feb 2023. I was told the normal 6 week wait would be extended due to a high volume of orders. I was ok with this, but I am still yet to receive them. I have sent several emails with no real answers. On 21st of June i was given a tracking number, it still hasn't been registered to Australia Post. I have emailed since and they cannot give me any answers as to when my item will be received, I have no idea when/if I am to receive the order I have paid for as they are now not responding to my emails. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and out of pocket with no answers.

MAHLI THE LABEL It is ridiculous that the owner of MAHLI THE LABEL is trying to hide from these bad reviews by changing the name of her business on Trustpilot. All this does is show that she does not want to take accountability for her business. I also find it funny that she has used Random Acts of Kindness, as she doesn't display any kindness in the way she has treated her customers. If she truly cared about her customers and doing the right thing she wouldn't lie to them and mislead them. Don't be fooled by this act of changing the business name and don't be fooled by the very few positive reviews on here; they were mostly posted within a few days of each other and were seemingly done in response to the negative reviews flooding in. Always be wary of businesses that do not allow Google reviews like Mahli the Label as well. Edited again 24/9/23: Bec (owner of Mahli the Label) promised both in response to this review publicly and privately via email to send the boots I had ordered despite having already refunded them. She said she "cares about her customers" and "wants to make this right" and that this offer was the businesses way of doing so. I accepted this offer and have not heard from her again. I emailed her recently asking her to confirm whether this would be happening and she replied stating I had already been refunded so the company had not sent anything. I emailed back to state that obviously I am aware of that and was wanting to confirm if she was going to do as promised and send them anyway. I advised I would take a lack of response to my email as a confirmation that she has rescinded her offer and (not surprisingly) she has not responded again. Edited again 24/8/23: I forwarded the emails I still had as requested and directed to by Bec in her response to my 1 star review. I also spent (wasted) time including an explanation of my experience to outline for her why I was so incredibly frustrated with the service from Mahli and the fact that I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I felt if she cared about her business that she would care about the customer experience and that this would assist her in avoiding leaving other people feeling ripped off and disregarded after spending hard earned money with them. This was done on 8 Aug and I am still awaiting any response to, or acknowledgement of doing so, other than a generic automated reply. I understand that personal circumstnaces have increased response time frames, but if you ask sometime to email you with details of their complaint it would make sense to at least acknowlege they have done that for you. It is extremely frustrating that I wasted any more of my time or energy on this business only to be ignored and disregarded yet again. Edited review to respond to owner: We have already communicated many times directly with each other via email since early May, and most recently via PayPal's dispute and resolution process. I have only very recently received my refund for the boots I tried to purchase in April. I am extremely surprised to see you claim you don't to know what transaction this review relates to due to the amount of contact there has already been with you directly and your staff about this. Do you have many customers waiting months on end for orders who then have to dispute the transaction to get their money back when you cant supply what was ordered in a reasonable time frame? You personally advised me on more than one occasion throughout May and early June that my order was only roughly 2 weeks away from being ready to send, which obviously was not accurate and is the reason I have stated the time frames you gave me were in my opinion misleading and inaccurate. Due to this my experience with you and your company was definitely a one star experience and I won't be shopping with your business again. Original Review: Misleading timelines for orders and poor communication from customer service about lengthy delays. I ordered in April and had to dispute the transaction to get my money back towards the end of July as there was still no ETA for my order or any real information from the company. They also use the term "in stock" next to pre order items so be sure to read the fine print on the website carefully to try and avoid being disappointed. I would have never ordered in the first place if this had been clearer; "in stock" means an item is in stock and available to ship, not available to pre order and wait an undetermined period of time for. Was my first and last experience with this company. It was the most incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.
