V good customer service. Andrea, a customer support executive, promptly helped me out with an issue and guided me throughout the process. She handled the issue nicely and made me feel an important customer of Magzter Tx Rakshit

They keep recommending Indian magazines & newspapers. They claim it's geography-based, but I've changed my region from the US, to Indonesia, to even Japan and most of the recommendations remain dominated by Indian publications.

Having been a subscriber for the last 1 year, it has been really satisfying to get all the leading magazines when they are released. I was able to read many articles with the help of this app. Whenever I reached out to the support team for any help, the issue was addressed quickly. The support team is great.

The variety of reading periodicals is amazing and great value. The family plan even more impressive. The communication is extremely good and helpful in helping with subscribing and even with an iOS technical problem, the Magzter representative was very helpful and effective at the correct solution.

I emailed for help because I was unable to download new magazines to my iPad. The customer service got back to me the same day and was able to fix my problem within 3 days. Both courteous and quick!

Happy to be GOLD subscriber since last 3 years and it has been a great experience overall. The content is just amazing and to be honest, it's overwhelming!! It is truly a great platform and the GOLD subscription is "pure gold" when it comes to the magazines variety. Customer support is very friendly and prompt in addressing the queries, especially Christy who helped many times in past. Thank you Magzter for the wonderful experience. ✨👍🏼

Malicious practice with regards to subscriptions. A magazine's page clearly states a "1-year" subscription with the number of issues shown. Despite this, they've automatically charged me again without my consent for a renewal. They also make is extremely difficult to cancel any subscription as you have to email them to get it cancelled.
