Finally got the message through to Magzter Gold customer) I only wanted to access my daily paper and the T.V times been good for a number of months now of not sending me recommendations. (accept in a normal email)However today the system won't let me in insisting I re-enter my date of birth and change my password but won't accept any password entered I click save and it throws out the information and presents the pages again!!! Which is beyond annoying!!! Fix It Emailed them no response, now when I try to sign in with the first reset password it lets me sign in but brings up page showing cart message saying shopping cart empty? Anybody any ideas how I can get Magzter to fix this??? Going to complain to my credit card company!!!

I have had an extremely negative experience with Magzter. Despite cancelling my subscription, the company continues to charge my account. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the apparent lack of a clear and accessible cancellation process. There is no straightforward "Cancel Subscription" button available, and customers are instead directed to send an email request. The problem is that these emails appear to go unanswered. I never received any response to my cancellation request, nor any meaningful customer support assistance regarding the continued charges. As a result, I have been left paying for a service I explicitly attempted to terminate. In my view, a subscription service should provide a transparent, simple, and effective method for cancellation. Requiring customers to rely on unanswered emails while continuing to collect payments raises serious concerns about compliance with consumer protection principles and fair business practices. Because my attempts to resolve this matter directly with Magzter have been unsuccessful, I have reported the unauthorized charges to my bank and initiated a dispute process. I am also considering further legal action to recover the funds and protect my consumer rights. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Magzter. The lack of customer support, the ineffective cancellation process, and the continued billing after cancellation attempts have resulted in a complete loss of trust.

The product itself is OK. Not as good a selection as their main rival but they were offering a discount so I thought I'd give it a go. The one thing they didn't make clear was that they would automatically renew your subscription, with no reminder. And that when you went to cancel the auto-renew, you can't. You have to email them. And that they won't answer your emails. I've now cancelled the payment method I'd set up but my account still says auto-renew. Guaranteed I'll get an email when the payment fails. Ok product, dreadful customer service.

I never even got to be a customer. I tried signing up on a Kindle and was having all sorts of issues, so I contacted customer service. They suggested setting up the account on my laptop, so I did try. Got to the payment thing and Paypal would not work, then reading the reviews of how difficult it is to cancel, I suspect that might be deliberate. When I tried to pay on my debit card I got a message saying a OTP code had been sent to my email... It hadn't! I tried several times with no luck, then contacted customer service again. The sent me a password, told me to log in with that then change it to my preferred password then go onto the payment page... Did that, same result... Then 45 mins after the first OTP should have been sent, I actually got one... However it was 5 digits long and the grid to be filled in required only 4! I've told them how bad they are, that nothing joins up etc. And stated that if giving them money is this difficult, I dread to think how difficult it is to get content from them!

I got a free trial on March 25th but it didn't provide me with the article they said they had, that I was trying to read. No worries, I requested to cancel immediately. Their customer service team responded to confirm my subscription had been cancelled and I would not be charged. Today, they charged me anyways! Not impressed, want my money back.

Impossible to cancel. Took me months to get a confirmation and I still maybe only was able to cancel auto payments.

I requested for my free trial to be canceled on the SAME day I signed up. The help desk failed to respond and a week later charged my credit card. I will be disputing this through my credit card company. I should have known they were going to scam me when the only option to cancel was via email.

Took out Black Friday Sun with Magzter (£74.99 ) Has proved to be excellent value. Would also recommend it at the full.price of £149.99
