Do not subscribe to their platform. I have been sending emails to cancel my subscription and nobody answers. It is impossible to cancel via the website or ios. The FAQ tells you how, but surprisingly, there is no button to cancel, it only tells you that your membership is active.... that is dishonesty!

13$ a year for a magazine that had…
13$ a year for a magazine that had rtheir last issue 2 years ago. Magzter still takes money and does not even send out a receit. Only reason I know they took money was me googling what strange company had reserved money on my card. I left them 2 years ago after the trial prenumerations where the magazine I wanted only issued twice and never again. After that they have auto renewed for 2 years without any info at all and there is no way on the web page to cancel. I wonder what the excplanation is for grabbing 13$ a year for a magazinbe that is OUT OF PRINT! That's 26$ wasted already for 2 years. Since I didn't see that transaction last year.

This is a total waste of time
This is a total waste of time! Half the magazines I am interested in are glitchy and do not load, while others work just fine. I don't have time to waste on problems such as these. I should just order the magazines from their respective sites rather than try to get them bundled like this. I contacted the company via their email and asked them to cancel my subscriptions the same day I purchased them. I'll update when and if I hear from them.

I have tried to cancel since the end of October. No phone number. I keep sending the cancel request through the only way available, the app on my phone. Im being charged monthly and not accessing. CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL

A waste of time and money
I have just spent the entire morning trying to get access to my magazine subscriptions with no success. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to call Magzter and get this resolved so that I can use what I have been paying for for the last 4 months that I haven't been using it. I don't want to cancel my Magzter account until I can read the magazines to which I purchased access. I advise that if you're considering this magazine platform, find another one unless you want to throw your hard earned dollars out the window.

Would give zero stars if I could
I would give this service ZERO stars if I could! Lesson learned yet again. NEVER buy from a company unless you check their online reviews. My hope is that someone else can learn from expensive lesson. I purchased a subscription to the Atlantic because I thought I was getting a good deal. No it’s really a scam - I will have to purchase another subscription from The Atlantic because there is no access to online content only a digital version of the print edition. There are NO refunds, the support is Terrible and make sure to turn off auto-renewal or they will charge you in perpetuity for the crappy service you never wanted. Please learn from my mistake and don’t be swindled by the perceived opportunity of savings.

D o NOT work with this company
D o NOT work with this company. I am a publisher, and I started publishing on their site in 2014. I decided after a year not to continue with them, and there is NO WAY to close my account. They've told me that they can only make my magazine 'invisible', but they cannot actually close my account. I get an email from them every three months telling I need to upload my magazine, and I keep replying that I want them to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. They never reply except for the email three months later telling me to upload my magazine again.

My subscription for a coin magazine ran out in January it says on there site subscription ended they have still been charging me I have now managed to officially end my subscription I have been told that it automatically carries on and am not entitled to a refund I shall not be dealing with this company again
