Very quick response to my email with my issue - while looking into the issue my subscription was extended and then the problem resolved - all within a day or two. I appreciate the professionalism from everyone!

Fantastic customer support experience.
What a fantastic customer support experience! 5 star all the way. I wanted to extend my current Magzter Gold subscription and reached out to Magzter support. Within hours I had a response including a "click to pay" link and a lower price than I had expected! I paid this invoice and forwarded the receipt back to Magzter support and within hours my subscription had been extended by 12 months. I'm an extremely happy subscriber!
