Magzter is an amazing magazine platform with great customer service. I have been renewing my subscription for the 5th year in a row. Love the access to thousands of magazines all year long.

Edit to this post : Since I posted my complaint here about Magzter they have now issued me with a refund. They also asked me to change my rating which I won’t as my rating is based on my experience. I recently purchased a single publication from Magzter that was to contain a bonus supplement. It was the reason why I wanted the magazine in the first place. I couldn’t find the supplement with my download so I contacted customer support, they were quick to reply. Turns out the supplement is not available for download. This was not stated prior to purchase in the description. I asked for a refund and was sent a link (which have me a 404 error). Basically they will not refund me the cost of my purchase which in my opinion is wrong as they failed to supply me with the complete order I was sold. So disappointed with their service. I will not be using them again. They didn’t provide a complete magazine, which I paid for.
