Incredible personal customer service. I was in a pinch, Cheyenne and the warehouse team went above and beyond to get my order out ASAP. 5 stars is not enough.

FedEx has my adapter plate bouncing around, i notified Brian at Magpul and he within 12 hours got a replacement headed my way. I expected them to maybe call FedEx and definitely wait a few days longer, nope Brian took care of immediately. Not enough companies anymore that take care of their customers like this. Thanks so much Brian and Magpul!!

I purchased magazines, M Lok front handguard and more magazines from Magpul and my experience was excellent. The last item that I ordered came super fast.

Bought a police trade-in 590A1 with an SGA stock the other day and noticed it only had one spacer. Called customer service and asked if i could purchase just the spacers because obviously the pre-owned firearm didn’t come with them and the length of pull was a little too short. Brian was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me. For some reason my card was not registering but he said they would just go ahead and send them at no charge. Wow! I am a lifelong MAGPUL customer!

First, I ordered the wrong part. My fault, no one else, but Magpul must have know this, (they included a pre-paid return. LoL) called spoke with the nicest lady , she apologized for MY mistake. She stated that the next day she was off, but she would make sure the correct items were shipped OUT IMMEDIATELY, so that I would not have to wait two weeks. Recieved my notification that correct parts have been shipped the next day Best customer service I have had in years. So sorry I can not remember her name, but the call took place on Dec 12, 2024. I have previously shared my great experience with this company. They just keep getting better. Order processing and shipping is now one of the fastest. They are my go to first company for shooting accessory. The quality of their products are top tier. Pricing is fair.

Everything that they manufacture is Top Flight and their customer service is great!
