Do not buy anything from this store. I purchased an item, 10.28.24 changed my mind 1-2 days later, around 11.01.24. Contacted customer service several times before getting a response. They said it had already gone to one of their several departments and they couldn't stop anything. I replied to say ask the process for return no response, kept contacting for them to reply 1 week later to they'd let me know the item shipped. Two weeks later I got notified it shipped, I received the item, 12.14.24. I don't like it,it dangerous for the recipients, it poorly made, not as advertised, not what I expected and not worth the price. I feel they could have stopped the order and refunded my money. Now I am stuck with a worthless piece of junk. Customer service is all but unresponsive and utterly useless.
