If I could give a MINUS 10 stars l would. I ordered in February and here it is may and the order status says the item I ordered is in grand rapids Iowa. When I contacted the company they said it showed delivered so I need to check with my neighbor or the post office. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this crooked company

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm still fighting with this company to get a refund for an item I never received. They have changed my tracking number three different times the final one they managed to send me one that says it was delivered but with the help of the post office it originated from a car parts factory in North Carolina and was not even my correct address or name on the package associated to the tracking item number they gave me. Shop at your own risk but don't expect anything good to come out of it.

I should've checked with the reviews of this so-called online shop. But foolish me, I ordered an item and waited a month before I contacted the shop-- I finally got it a week later only to find the item was NOT what it was pictured. A smaller cheaper version of the item I wanted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, WHATSOEVER! 🤬

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. First, it took two months to receive the product. When it finally arrived it was nothing like what I had ordered. I ordered a scarf that looked like an opossum. What I got was a small piece of fuzzy fabric with a cheap teddy bear on it. I asked for a refund but got a run around and an email saying they could not find my order, so I must be mistaken. When they finally found my order they asked for several screenshots of documentation, which I sent, then the reply was that I had not ordered from them. I went to PayPal dispute. Then I noticed that there was an additional $9.52 charge added to what the order said. It said it was tax. The item was sent from Spain. There should not have been tax added. First they offered a $6.00 refund on the $41.00 I had paid (with the additional $9.52). I also mentioned that amount, and was told it was a glitch in their system. I declined their offer and eventually settled for 50% because I was tired of the run around.

If I could rate less than one star I would. I ordered my item back in August and just received it today (October 23). Shipping updates are a joke. They falsely advertised this product and it is not what they said it is. I’d ask for a refund but I’m thinking that’s probably a fight. I do not recommend this company to anyone

I asked why it been over a month and they said they would resend it but I'm Leary as everyone else on here seems to never get the product they purchased.

Ordered straps in Nov 2024 for Christmas. Just got them. Today is 4/10/25. I see many others have had similar issues, on line reports indicate a high incident of fraud/scamming with this company. I see you can order via Amazon rather than straight from the company, don't know if that would yield better traction for buyers.

I still haven’t received an order I placed over 3 months ago. They lied and said they resent it and gave me a fake tracking number that went to a house in my same zip code, but not me. They won’t send a refund and will not respond to my emails now. There is no phone number for customer service. I do not recommend this business
