Ordered $183 worth of Christmas 2024 and here it is 2/24/2025 and I am still waiting for Christmas presents and they replied that it had been reordered and I would receive it soon. Well wounds like I will never see the items or my money but I will try and file a complaint through my credit card company

I ordered products on November 30th, following the shipping, it was in Seattle in late December but then stalled there. I contacted them and they immediately stated they were sending a new one in early January. They still cannot provide shipping information after 6 weeks. I have asked for a refund since January 16th and they refuse saying after I receive the product, a dedicated "after-sale" team member will help me. I finally emailed them back and asked if the whole thing was a scam. They stole $170 from me and I doubt I will ever get that money back. Horrible excuses as to why they can't provide shipping information after 6 weeks.

Ordered in November, fake shipping to US and after a month with no change in status contacted them. Immediately said a new shipment was sent but 3 weeks later no other update. Sending to credit card company to hopefully get resolved.

SCAMMERS! Shame on them!!! Out $84.43, why can’t people be honest? Ordered 12/1/24, took $$ very quickly and probably faked all the shipping too. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Same experience as all the others. Ordered November 26, 2025. Last shipping update said it was in Cincinnati on Dec 25; nothing since. Contacted customer service asking for a refund and was told no because it shows it’s still in transit.
