Terrible shipping, deceitful marketing
I've only ordered a few times from this store and the quality of the items so far are not excellent but not bad. The description on the website are very vague and i had to email for more information. Anyway, so far I am not happy with shipping. It takes more than 10 days for the order to arrive compared to the website promise of 3-5 business days for free shipping. I guess that's what I get for choosing free shipping. It is a very deceiving marketing ploy that gets a lot of customers like me. Right now, I ordered something on May 24th, shipped on May 25th and I haven't received it yet and the tracking cannot even give me the ETA when it will arrive to me. I have requested refund for the item because i no longer would want to get store credit and go through all this mess and trouble again but they will not refund me and i was told to still wait for my item. I bought the items intended to be used this weeken, June 4th but who knows when they will arrive.

In most cases, our orders are shipped within 1 business day and typically take 2-5 days to arrive. With the increase in eCommerce business over the last year however, many carriers are just overwhelmed. We always try to do our best to reach out to our reps and rectify the situations when the delays are longer than expected. Worst customer experience
Worst customer experience. "Traci" the customer service manager was extremely rude. Could not resolve the issue with an order I had. "Customer is wrong." Packaging is junk, shoved items in small bag. Clothing is sub satisfactory. Would NOT recommend. Use Vici, Pink Lily, etc.
