My black top arrived damaged with a 4 inch rip on the lower back area. I would like to return this item and get a refund but your company denied it because it was a final sale item.

Unable to return items
I ordered 3 dresses and I didn’t like the fit of them. I attempted to do a return and was told that I couldn’t get a refund because the sale was final. I had no idea that these would not be returnable. What a waste of money. I will not be ordering anything ever again from you.

Gift never arrived
I have no clue where my present is and the issue with my delivery saying the location wasn’t accessible or something doesn’t make sense, I’ve had no issues with any other drop off until now and I don’t even know what to do because there’s no explanation of what went wrong

My package was supposed to be delivered on December 7th. I still have not received it, nor received any updates as to its whereabouts.
