Received Double Ups
I ordered 30 of the characters. Came in a 20 and a 10 pack. Disappointed that the characters in the 10 pack were identical to the ones in the 20 pack. Would have just got the 20 pack if I knew I was going to get double ups.

We would like to explain how our character sets work: our standard 20-figure set is designed as an expanded version of our 10-figure base set. Because both selected packs were from our classic lineup, the 10 characters in the smaller pack naturally overlapped with those in the larger one. While having duplicates can be a bit of a surprise, extra figures are great for expanding your magnetic world, adding extra townspeople, or sharing with friends during group play! For future reference, we also offer unique theme packs that contain completely different characters from the base set: Mini Profession: Features everyday community heroes and jobs (completely different from the classic set). Mini Tale & Mini Quest: Adventure and fantasy themed figures to bring new stories to life! You can pick and choose these distinct packs depending on who you need to hire for your magnetic town next!
