Magic nothing is such a great service! It’s so informative and lists how many people have saved the playlists you are submitting to, and I’ve had really good luck with them so far…once i submitted a song to a couple of of playlists that just weren’t quite the vibe but the curators told me why they rejected it and it gave me really good direction for where to submit next…and also Magic Nothing put it on a playlist themselves which was a really nice touch. Love these guys :)

Their service definitely helped with…
Their service definitely helped with the visibility to a certain degree. I’ve used their service twice. Theres actual listeners vs bots , so that’s a plus , the only concerning thing is when you put the link of your track the website is recommending the same playlists and not every song will have the same vibe, so definitely check the playlist to be sure , cause it seems like once you pay for a playlist to be pitch to , you don’t get refunded or it gets rolled over to pitch to another playlist if were to be rejected by a specific playlist cause the vibe of your song doesn’t match what their looking for , but other than that the service is smooth nothing too complicated.

Zack here, founder of Magic Nothing.
Thanks for the feedback Ángel!
You have a great note in here about how the platform currently matches on an artist rather than a song (unfortunately, Spotify removed public API access to their song characteristics, so we can't use that data to inform our matching at the moment). The best approach to navigate this on our site is to select Similar Artists for each song and to think about which artists are the best representation for any song you're pitching.
Another move is to try the browse page, which allows you to filter for specific types of playlists (genre, keywords, performance, etc), but that takes a little more work up front.
Thanks again for trying out the platform and sharing your experience!

Pretty great platform to use
Pretty great platform to use. Great design, kind and responsive curators. Not the cheapest site, but honestly it ends up being worth it due to the quality of the experience. I’ve had good success finding playlists that are a good fit for my tunes.

Magic Nothing is great
Magic Nothing is great! I usually hate doing any promotion/marketing for my music but they make it really easy and not annoying. 5 stars!

Magic Nothing Top Shelf Playlists
Although they charge more than Submithub and Submitlink, they seem to garner better playlists that genuinely do increase my Spotify streams when I submit a new release. I'm an Indie/Americana/Singer-Songwriter and appreciate the easy interface and kind folks who work for Magic Nothing. Highly recommend!

Way too expensive for something you can get for 10% the cost at other historically established portals
For this price, I would recommend you stay away. There are better and more established options out there where you pay 10% of the cost and curators leave you feedback just like magicnothing. There is really nothing special this website offers except the extremely high costs. Paying someone 20 dollars to listen to a four minute or eight minute track. Thats more than minimum hourly wages in most of the Western World even. Would recommend against it until they really fix their pricing to match that of other portals or actually start offering something like ten times better than those portals.

Hey Pranav, Zack here, I run Magic Nothing.
I hear you on price, and it's an intentional call. We pay our curators well above what high-volume platforms pay, which lets us hold them to a real standard instead of competing in a race to the bottom. You're paying for genuine, thoughtful curation. No bots, no auto-declines, no pay-for-placement.
In your case all five playlists came back as passes, some with detailed notes on the track. I know that stings -- I'm an artist too and I've been on the receiving end of it plenty -- but that's curators being honest instead of rubber-stamping. My honest take is it's useful signal on where the song isn't landing yet, and a different song or different playlists next time can tell you a lot.
We reached out by email to follow up but didn't hear back. That offer still stands. Reply to that thread or email me directly at [email protected] and I'll handle it personally.
Thanks for giving us a shot!

Magic nothing is the real deal
Magic nothing is such an invaluable platform and some of the best money I have ever spent! After getting on just a few of their playlists, my monthly listeners skyrocketed, my streams quadrupled, and I even got in touch with my manager! Thank you Magic Nothing 🙏- Travis Seal
