My package ended up being a “return to sender” package and I thought I lost it completely even though I had already paid full price. I left a review about how upset I was and a day later they reached out to me and resolved the issue. Once I got my address situation sorted out I let them know I was ready to have it resent again and their team took care of the rest. I was happy to see how diligent they were throughout the entire experience. They turned a negative situation into a positive one. Their products are as top notch as their resolution skills. Definitely worth checking them out!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size screen protector, and when I contacted the company, they offered to send me the right one for my wife's phone, even though I had made the mistake in ordering! Plus, they did not want me to return the original screen protector, which I will now give to my son (who has the right size iPhone)! This is exceptional service, far above the norm! A++++++

Bought the product after seeing the enticing ads about it and it’s genuinely the best screen protector I’ve ever had, it leaves no fingerprints and the privacy is better than other privacy screens I’ve tried. But the cherry on top that made me write this review is their amazing support team, I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they not only let me keep the one I ordered, they sent me the correct size completely free of charge, I highly appreciate companies that care about their customers and I’ll definitely be a supporter of Magic John after my experience with them.

I bought a new compact tripod which I took to Europe to use but unfortunately a small mechanical failure (the folding arm screw kept loosening and the acorn nut on it fell off and got lost on the street somewhere) rendered the tripod unusable. When I returned I wrote a review for the tripod and I was not expecting any response BUT Magic John actually wrote back immediately off the review and asked me to explain the issue with the tripod directly with them and within a day they offered to replace the tripod for me! I was pleasantly surprised at both the speed of the response as well as the outcome of the replacement. The tripod is actually very handy to use and I will take it with me on the next trip for sure.
