Effective customer care
I initially experienced a delivery issue caused by the courier, but after contacting customer support, the team handled the situation quickly and professionally and immediately sent a replacement package. The new item arrived without problems. Installation on my iPhone 15 Plus was extremely simple and effective, with a perfect fit and no bubbles at all. Very satisfied with both the product quality and the customer service.

I have given a 5 star for the reason as follows
I have given a 5 star for the reason that they replaced a screen protector after it broke in the 1st couple of weeks from a fall. The process was good but I am not sold on screens as they do not stand up like the advertising. It is a shame that this is the case as if they got it right and they actually didn’t crack, break or scratch as advertised the product would be great. I was the one who purchased them for both our phones and feel let down as your phone is fair investment and it would be great to protect with a great protection Hopefully they will get there

Goede kwaliteit, maar fragiel bij dagelijks gebruik
Vandaag, 18/05, ben ik al even de nieuwe bescherming aan het gebruiken die ze me hebben opgestuurd nav onderstaande review. Ik ben in tegenstelling tot vorige wel tevreden. Geen idee of het een andere kwaliteit betreft maar nu blijft het scherm intact. Heel fijn dat ze vriendelijk hebben gereageerd op onderstaande. 05/01 Ik ben over het algemeen tevreden met de Magic John screenprotector. De kwaliteit van het scherm is uitstekend: het is mooi glad, de anti-doorkijkfunctie werkt prima, en de plaatsing is heel gemakkelijk. Echter, na slechts een week gebruik merkte ik dat de protector fragiel is. Bij het simpelweg neerleggen op een tafel ontstaan er al barsten, waardoor bijvoorbeeld de vingerafdrukscanner niet meer werkt. Dit is erg teleurstellend voor de prijs die je betaalt. Kortom, hoewel de kwaliteit en het gebruiksgemak goed zijn, is de duurzaamheid helaas minder dan verwacht.

This product is awesome.
This product is awesome you definitely get strong durable products from Magic John. I got two phone cases for my pro maxes 17 and screen protectors. Definitely will be buying more products from this company.
