I would just like to share that the people at Magic John are absolutely wonderful in their customer service and product. I simply wanted to tell them how great their product was when I was ordering another cord because my cat had chewed through the other one and they just simply asked for pictures of it and they said hey thanks for reaching out and letting us know we're going to replace that for you it's my job to keep my cats from eating it though LOL. I told them I was not expecting them to replace it it wasn't their problem but they're going to bring it to their support team on how to make it even better than it already is. thanks magic John

ordered the second gen screen, was easy to apply. dropped my phone the next day, no scratches. happy with my buy.

Very good product - got screen protectors for my wife’s pixel 9, son’s pixel 10 pro and daughter’s iPhone 16. All at once. Overall happy with the product performance and also it was so easy to install.

The product is excellent however I dropped my phone flat on the ground a cracked the screen protector. I bought some new ones and emailed Magic John not thinking I’d get a respond. Not only did they respond these two replacements - to Australia. Have to find service like that these days.

I love it, I didn't have any problem installing the screen protector was pretty easy. the customer service was really good even though USPS messed up the first order, they were so kind to resend the package

Exceptional customer service! I had some complicated issues with Brazilian customs regarding my order. The support agent, Aly, was incredibly professional and understanding throughout the process. Even though the company was not at fault at all, and it is likely they won't even receive the product back (as local authorities often destroy or auction refused parcels instead of returning them to origin), they still issued a full refund. This level of integrity and respect for the customer is very rare to find. I highly recommend Magic John for their reliability!

Amazing experience. High quality products and excellent customer service. I really enjoy Gen 3 screen protectors which are durable and less slippery than Gen 2. Phone case is very pleasant on touch and very practical due to magnetic ring. Changing cable is very strong and fast charging. When I lost an adapter Aly from custom service provide me a with the best support. I am more than happy with magic John products and service. Thank you!

I made a large order and have bought several items for myself and family members. These are all the magic John products that I’ve purchased so far: - Black phone case for iPhone 16 Pro - Translucent White phone case for iPhone 16 Pro Max - Gen 3 HD Clear protector for 16 Pro - Gen 3 Privacy protector for iPhone 16 Pro - Gen 3 HD Clear protector for iPhone 16 Pro Max - Gen 3 HD Clear protector for iPhone 15 - Gen 2 HD Clear protector for 12 Pro I have applied and tested every item so far, except the Gen 2 protector for iPhone 12/Pro, which I have not gotten around to testing yet. But every other item has been flawlessly applied and absolutely pleasant to use. Hasn’t been too long using them yet, but so far they all look good as the day I first applied them. No cracks, scratches, etc.. and the feel of the protector is SUPER silky smooth due to the coating. Often times I am just using the phone normally and I pause and think, “wow it feels really good to the touch.” I have not been given any incentive to write this review. It is my honest and genuine opinion as a regular customer. Absolutely satisfied and would recommend to anybody. Not sure if I could ever go back to other low quality brands anymore after this. Note: for one item in the order, I accidentally bought the HD Clear protector instead of the privacy one, and even though it was my own mistake, Magic John’s customer service were so kind and accommodating and they sent me the correct one that I wanted, free of charge, without asking for the original one back. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service experience. My only feedback here is that I needed one extra Gen 2 HD Clear protector for iPhone 12/Pro. The pack I ordered had 2 pieces, but I needed 3 in total. I emailed the support team to ask if they would be willing to toss in a 3rd piece in my package, because I didn’t want to buy another 2-piece pack due to my overall cart total already being so high due to quantity of items. They were not able to help me with that. If anyone on the team is reading this review and would still be willing to help me out, I would be genuinely appreciative of that! But regardless, I am fully satisfied and would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you!
