I made a mistake and hit wrong phone model and emailed customer service and said there was a mix up and they responded back quickly and stated they were going to fix the problem and sent me the phone protector for my phone at no charge very nice to deal with thank you again

I love the privacy screen protector on my phone. It was super easy to install, and it only took a few seconds. Magic John reached out to me by email and asked about how the product was working for me. I responded to the email and told them I was disappointed that my screen protector had just cracked. I had my phone inthe same pants pocket with my keys and a tiny crack spread quickly. Magic John customer service responded quickly and simply asked me to confirm details of my address and phone type; and they would send me a new screen protector free of charge. Top notch customer service and product. I will definitely purchase again from them for any phone screen protector needs.
