EMET Y.
THEY WANTED A FAKE 5 STAR REVIEW…
Purchased one of their advertised 2 Pack Privacy Screen Protectors and had it about 10 days when a drop from 2.5 ft onto a tile floor caused a large crack in the screen protector. As the Magic John video advertisement showed ridiculous durability like being struck with hammers and other hard objects I requested a complementary courtesy replacement as they did also advertise a warranty on their products. Magic John agreed to a replacement by email but ONLY AFTER I POSTED A 5 STAR REVIEW on TrustPilot, took a screenshot, sent email proof to MagicJohn, then wait for an approval. Not doing that, obviously, either do the right thing and stand behind your product and value your customers OR DON’T, it’s not fair business practice to HOLD A WARRANTY HOSTAGE until someone posts a 5 Star Review under duress and spurious pretenses….Not to mention an infomercial that shows screens struck with hammers and picks without damage total exaggeration!!! Update 7/30/25 dropped phone again from 2 ft onto concrete floor and 2nd screen protector from the 2 pack cracked…
