Magic John's is bringing back 5-star customer service and customer value! I like that they are building relationship for customer to have with them. So from now on, I will buy my tempered glass here every time! What happened was, the glass I bought was scratched, so I left an honest review, not knowing that they would reach to customer who left reviews. And they said they will send me a new one, because its still under warranty. That is amazing customer service.

I ordered the wrong camera lense cover and they sent me the right one free of charge. The products are great so far. Will purchase from them again!

I ordered the Magic John lens protector for my new iPhone 17pro. When received, it appeared to be high quality and a perfect colour match for my phone. However, I realized that I had made a mistake and ordered the lens protector for the iPhone 17pro max (which is a larger phone). I contacted Magic John to see if I could exchange it for the regular iPhone 17pro. Magic john responded positively within 24 hrs and graciously accepted my request. I am impressed with the quality of the product as well as the great customer service. I will be looking into the other products available thru this company and will be doing more business with them shortly. Buy with confidence.

I received the screen protector and was very pleased with how easy the installation was. I also ordered a second protector and inadvertently ordered the wrong phone model. You were very nice to send me the correct screen protector at no charge. I believe this is above and beyond good business practice and will be a customer again in the future.

I was disappointed that I did it wrong got a couple little bubbles and a piece of fuzz under my screen protector the first time but the customer service was impeccable and sent me another one to allow me to do it right and now I have a perfect phone with screen protector. I’ve tried other screen protectors and they crack or break easy. This one really is unbreakable, when I took it off I tried bending it in half to break it and tried some of the things he does on the commercial and these screen protectors are invincible and definitely worth the money. I would absolutely recommend without reservation and I will be ordering another one when I get my next phone.
