Great screen but phone case might be an issue
The screen is great quality and the process in applying the screen is reasonably straight forward. I had adhesion issues when I put my Quad Lock case on the iPhone. In the conversation with Magic John staff, they were sympathetic and supportive. There doesn't seem to be a work around with heavier iPhone cases. However Magic John have sent me a complimentary screen protector and I will try again to see if I can get it a bit bette, but I think the phone cover is an ongoing issue.

screen and lens protection
I have bought screen protection for my IPhone 17 Pro and lens protection. Both fit great and easy to install. I had to ask for an invoice to customer support since it wasn’t available with the shipment or the confirmation e-mail. We were able to get it within a few days. Needed it for tax purposes as a business expense. Screen protection is doing its work since my phone fall out of my hand onto gravel/rocks in the yard. Well, the screen protection has a crack, though I thought it was indestructible as per advertisement. I will have to get a new one probably Overall satisfied, but obviously not indestructible.

Impressive installation system
I absolutely love the system for applying Magic John screen protectors. I’m not so happy about the actual durability of the protectors; they do actually chip and crack rather more easily than the advertising would imply. However, I was absolutely delighted by the service I received when I asked for a refill pack for my installer. Even though I originally placed my order a year ago and only want a refill pack, Aly with Customer Service arranged free replacements for me which I am eagerly awaiting.

The customer support is actually really…
The customer support is actually really good. When my order was significantly delayed, I reached out and within an hour a day, I was able to get a full refund and even switch my purchase.

Customer Service is great!
I’m only giving this a 4 star because I don’t understand why after 30 days of placing my screen protector on my phone it cracked. Are the videos even real? Anyway, customer service was fantastic and they are sending me a new one. I also bought the new phone case which I love.

The case looked different then what I…
The case looked different then what I was expecting. I reached out to them and they did everything they could to still satisfy me. Returning was not an option, because of the time consuming international shipping, so I got a different product with a matching price.

Somewhat disappointed with the product…
Somewhat disappointed with the product however I must say it has done its job as I still have a clean new phone screen. 4 protectors in 1 month tho, diabolical to me but Aly in the CS Dept was amazing to work with and that’s why I’m giving a 4 Star. Hoping I have better luck with the new replacements (they’ve provided 2 now) Hope I can stay a Magic John customer for sure
