A great product as advertised and ease to get it installed. Bought the screen protector for my Samsung S26 Ultra and got it installed in seconds compared to several minutes that I've spent in the past on other products. Have also purchased their 4 in 1 USB fast charging and works great as described. Definitely recommend to others who have not purchased so far. I am also excited and can't wait to receive the cooling fan which should be delivered very soon.

After a long time I’am overwhelmed by…
After a long time I’am overwhelmed by the generosity of Magic John !! I ordered an iPhone 17 Magnetic Lens Protector, after several weeks of emails and going to the PO were the Protector was mailed to, it went missing. I received the email asking if I was happy with my purchase, I sent a email explaining that I did not receive it, then I got a return email saying that I could get my money refunded or if I would still like a Protector they would send another one. So to Magic John, you are amazing, again THANK YOU so much. 🙏

I accidentally ordered the wrong product
I accidentally ordered the wrong size/product, and the customer support was able to very quickly respond to my email (<1hr), and offered a free replacement with the correct size, even after the original order had been shipped. Outstanding experience from the customer service side.

Happy
Listen. It's all about how you drop the phone. I love the screen protectors. I also got the case for my phone. The phone case is strong and I use it for work and personal. The screen protector did break on my daughter's phone. But the where quick to get me a replacement. Good response time and good customer service.
