I made the mistake off ording the wrong…
I made the mistake off ording the wrong screen protector model for my phone not realising it till it arrived i emailed them and within 24 got a reaply and I didn't even have to resend the old one back thay sent me the right modle for free I was extremely happy with the service

I order the wrong size
I order the wrong size, my error, and they quickly responded and sent me out the right one, they kept me in the loop the whole process of replacement along with the providing me with the new tracking information. Super happy with the service.

So I ordered two screen protectors and…
So I ordered two screen protectors and only one came in... I was very disappointed but after speaking with customer service I'm very grateful at the fact they're willing to send in a replacement!!! Top notch customer service I love them!!!!!!

Excellent product
This is the second of these screen protectors i have purchased. I had 1 for my S24 Ultra and now for my S25 Ultra. They send you 2 in the pack, but i have never needed to replace the ones i fitted.!! Great value and a great product

Customer service.
Ordered the wrong item by mistake. Contacted the help line. They were quick to respond and rectify my mistake and sent me out the correct items free of charge. So far very good customer service. Then you.

Customer service was great and prompt
Customer service was great and prompt. As my delivery was not made and parcel lost, I reached out and they immediately sent me my order again! Will be ordering with them again. It’s very hard to find a company or service that acts quickly meeting customer expectations. Thank you Magic John!
