SCAM COMPANY!! I ordered a case for my iPhone 17 and specifically asked if it had protection for the camera control button and was assured that it did. When I received the case it in fact did NOT have protection for the camera control button. I asked for a return label since this is an important feature, and they offered me a discount on camera lens protectors. The issue is with the camera control button, not the camera lens. I inquired again and made sure to state the issue ad once again they told me that the return shipping is too high for a return, although on their website they do state that they have a return policy. After a few back-and-forth emails, it does not appear that they are willing to return my item or give me a refund for it. Seems to be just another scam company on Facebook with flashy ads. Buyer beware, if you are not happy with your purchase, you will end up being stuck with it since return shipping costs are too high apparently.

I ordered the screen protectors. It broke within 3 days. When I contacted the company, their reply was “You got two with your order. Just use the other one”

The screen feels strong and the application is easy. Looks great. But it’s a good thing it came with 2 because my screen cracked top to bottom on the first day or two. I don’t even recall dropping it. Maybe it fell of the coffee table or something. I’ll circle back if the new one fails Update*** 2 weeks later and I just noticed the second one cracked in the exact same way. Top to bottom single crack. Downgraded my review to one star. It came with 2 screens and provided less than 2 months of protection and I never dropped my phone. This time I’m sure. The product just failed

Terrible company. They pretend that they will replace any protector that fails. That's just a PR lie. I had previously used their product paying the premium forb the ease of use and the "warranty" - fairly rapidly in retrospect both the protectors had died so re-ordered. The applicator failed in the first one so I emailed them for a replacement. They answered back saying this was likely my fault (it wasn't) and how to resolve the issue (that failed). I asked them for the replacement and after that total silence despite emailing them multiple times. Clearly the warranty is a con to justify a much higher price on an average at best product. Shane on you

Poor customer service. Accidentally ordered the wrong product but they have refused to allow me to return it. Trying to correspond with their customer service is terrible. At least a week between responses. AVOID

Bought the 2-pack of screen protectors for iPhone 16 Pro Max from Magic John. The first one worked fine. The second one had a bubble immediately after install even though I followed instructions exactly. Their marketing promised free replacements for defects. Now they refuse to honour that promise and make me pay again. Very disappointed in the quality and the customer service.

Do not believe what you see, I bought 2 double packs of these to protect my family’s phones. 2 of the so called screen protectors cracked after short drops less than 1 week after purchase. I contacted this company and they didn’t seem to care about their product.

So after having the magic John screen protector on my wife’s phone for less than a week ( I ordered the screen protector 2 pack when we ordered our new phones) it cracked without any idea of how not an impact point present. After submitting a request for warranty this was their response “ The purpose of using a screen protector is to protect your phone screen, but this does not mean the screen will never crack or be damaged. After all, it is still a glass screen protector. Screen protectors can effectively prevent scratches or cracks, but this is not a 100% guarantee; the actual effect will be affected by factors such as the angle of impact and the location of the drop. Using a screen protector is like buying insurance for your phone screen. The actual effect depends on individual usage habits. We regret that your order has exceeded our 30-day warranty period, and we cannot provide you with a free replacement or refund. Our product comes in a two-pack; we recommend using the second one.
