Great service and great screen protectors

I ordered 2 car phone holders and a case for my Iphone. The products were great! I ended up having a problem with one of the holders and contacted customer support. Their response was quick and they have already shipped me a replacement. I had to communicate with them several times and every contact was exceptional. I highly recommend their products and their customer service is second to none.

I recently purchased the 360° Clip-On Magnetic Car Holder but there was a confusion in the delivery address and I never received the item. Magic John emailed me to check on my satisfaction with the item. When replying that the item was never received, despite them confirming on their end that the item was successfully delivered, they immediately processed a replacement order. I have not received my replacement item yet but I was pleasantly surprised when they communicated they will send me a replacement. Once I receive it, I will come back and provide a review on the item itself. Thank you to the customer service team for reaching out and assisting with this.

I picked the wrong color and they were kind enough to send me the right color with no problem
