Would give zero but will not go that low. Told to pay for another year and they would refund me the year they over charged me for. Next day after already paying I get an email refusing refund. Now stuck with 2 years of service that has gone so far down hill. Calls will not forward. Never again.

Does not inerface with Window 11. Outdated technology. I am a long term customer going to cancel my service. Support options chat and phone continue to diminish no longer available off hours. Windows 11 not even listed as an operating system choice on MJ support site.

I had bought the Magic Jack February 17th of 2022. I could not speak to a human. I had to text back and forth. After 5 minutes I would be talking to someone and It would drop the call. They told me to try another phone so I did. Still did not work. Texted again they told me to unplug and plug in the router again. Still did not work. Got a new router. Did not work. open ports 5060 and 5070. Still did not work. Told me to disable SIPALG. They told me we needed a new Magic Jack. I told the I had just bought the Magic Jack and a new router. They said I needed a new Magic Jack anyway. They sent me a new Magic Jack and I had to send the other one back at my expense. I feel if the item is defective from day one and they could not solve the problem they should pay the return fee. The Magic Jack had a 1 year warranty. They were not polite about sending me a return slip and refused to send it. If I do not send the other one back the will charge my account. I am not pleased with the service.

Never worked right, MJ recommended buying a newer model and we did and then the new model began malfunctioning then didn’t work at all.

Beware ; I purchase a MJ device and did not received it. MJ told me that is was my problem (after calling for hours, several times). Contacted usps and can’t make a claim because it did not have insurance. MJ final statement after they hang many times was that need to purchase a new one!!! MJ is an abusive company, which scams people

As usual my experience with customer service or the lack thereof forced me to lose service with Magic Jack one year ago. When I went to renew the year last November Magic Jack said I had given them an incorrect card #. I did not know that they kept a card number on file. Had used Magic Jack for 10 years with no problem. Could not contact Magic Jack by phone, chat or online. Subsequently I have not used the service since Nov. 2020. Today I received an email saying it was time for renewal. Don't they even know I am not using Magic Jack? I would still use it if there wasn't an issue with credit card which I am sure was different from my sign up payment. We don't all keep the same card forever-bank changes, lost card.

I think they prey on they elderly. They never activated my service after I paid and refuse to refund me even after my credit card disputed it. After I finally got through to someone they said would help me she hung up on me
