Great site and very helpful support.
Great site and very helpful support. I have been using Magical Vegas for a little while now and find they have a good selection of the slots that I like and run promotions on a regular basis. I've contacted support a few times for some small problems and they have always been very quick to respond and sorted my problem right away. I would recommend Magical Vegas.

Great site, with equally great live support if you need help.
I had to contact live chat recently because I had a slight issue with a promotion. I was connected straight away and had the pleasure of speaking to an extremely friendly advisor named Thomas. He was professional, efficient and took the time to ensure my problem was resolved and that id received all the help I needed. He didn’t keep me waiting for more than a few moments whilst he looked into it and he resolved everything quickly. He was patient whilst I typed my messages, which sometimes takes me a little while lol and he also responded to each of my messages with thank goodness, no sign at all of a pre written script being pasted (which is something I’ve experienced previously with other live help chats, and I absolutely hate that). I’ve really been enjoying the site so I’m reassured that help is there in an instant if needed. All in all I’m very pleased with the service I received and I hope all staff are as pleasant and helpful. Thank you.
