Dear Member, We thank you for taking the time to write us your thoughts. Reason that we do understand that not everyone wants to have his winnings bound by terms and conditions of bonuses, even though the pool of people wanting bonus is a significant one, we have made it a must to leave bonuses optional. And as you might have experienced, winning solely depends on luck and unpredictable as it is, it could strike any time. When it comes to withdrawing of funds, we would like you to be assured that we have put the pending time in place only due to popular demand; we do have a pool of members who like to reverse bits and pieces of their withdrawal, in the optic of increasing their chances of withdrawing more. Though, now that we understand that you’re not a fan of this feature, we would invite you to contact us when withdrawing so we can provide you with a workaround. We hope to see you winning even bigger soon. Magical Vegas Team
