Maria B was very prompt and concise in her dealing with our tech issues. Overall MageWorx strives to provide competent service and state of the art Magento extensions.

Fast and efficient support. Encountered a problem after purchasing a Mageworx extension from Magento Marketplace, contacted support and got such a quick response, very helpful, friendly staff, very willing to help out, in no time my problem was sorted out. Would definitely purchase more extensions from Mageworx in the future after such a good experience.

We are a Magento Agency and had issues with an extension recently purchased for our US-based client. MageWorx team was quick to help us with the issue.

Amazing extensions! I have used many Mageworx extensions for my store. Lovely support by technical team!

Thank you to Arthur and his team. They resolved my problem in a timely and efficient manner and gave me great advice regarding an issue that didn't even relate to their product. They were that nice. Also their extension is an excellent product.

Artur is always helpful when I have issues that I need help with. Very happy with the support!

I've reached out to MageWorx support multiple times over the years, and each time they've been very responsive and sincere in their efforts to address my issues. In the past I'd brought up a couple of issues where they'd either agreed that my concern was valid and would be addressed in the future, or had a conversation with me where we'd agreed that the issue was nuanced. I don't typically expect that kind of sincere conversation with support teams, so I appreciated it. Most recently I reached out about a technical issue and the support team understood the issue and provided a quick workaround. Our issue was resolved within a couple of days, and I'm satisfied with how it went. I'd recommend MageWorx for their useful Magento 2 extensions and their support.
