MageworxReviews of mageworx.com

I've been using their app for about over last two years or so and I'm quite happy with it. They have a good customer service. The app is easy to use.

The crew at Mageworx are responsive, helpful, and take the time to get things right. We had a couple of oddball requests over the years and they are always ready to help.

Really happy with the support. They are so responsive! would recommend this app for all your bundles for your store. Best customer service😊

Always extremely helpful when there is an issue

The MageWorx team were quick to respond and open to troubleshooting my issues WITHOUT admin/ssh. In my experience with other vendors, it's almost impossible for support to provide feedback without access. Response time was quick -- happy I chose them for our advanced product options need.

We contacted MageWorx regarding a complex issue with MSI stock logic and the SeoMarkup extension. The support team provided a detailed technical analysis of the plugin execution chain, which helped us identify a specific conflict within our own custom configuration. It is helpful to work with a support team that has a solid understanding of the Magento core architecture and provides developer-friendly communication. A very reliable experience and shoutout to Artur and the development team!

Relying on Mageworx for over 10 years and their plugins and support are always top quality. Particularly love their advanced products options plugin, which is the most advanced and sophisticated of all other alternatives. Any custom option one can imagine, can be configured.

We truly appreciate working with the support team of the APO plugin. APO has enabled us to customize our store experience exactly to our needs. And with the help of the support team, we were able to materialize our vision. Thank you for your professionalism and care to your valued customers.
