There is no customer service. I emailed customer service multiple times to return or exchange some of the product and got zero response. I'm not happy with the product or service at all.

We state in our TOS that we need an additional 2-3 days to create your pendant since there is curing, painting and other processes we have to do to hand make each pendant.
