Item never sent but was told it was lost in shipping and had to open a claim to get my money back.

Unit came with a broken temperature sensor. The piece was not in the box so it had to leave the warehouse that way. Only way to fix is to basically rebuild the unit since it has to come completely apart. This place NEVER answers the phone. Customer service, through email, told me I’ll have to pay the restocking fee of if I return it. Which is bs considering it’s their fault to begin with. OR…. They said that I could sell it locally to recoup my money. Seriously! WTF kind of place is this.

I needed to cancel my order right after I had paid and it was no problem. I got my refund within 3-5 buisness days.

Fast shipping and excellent prices

Good original product in new condition and at an excellent price, but very slow delivery with no way of tracking shipment (otherwise my rating would have been FIVE STARS.

I never received my orders. I’m merely two states away. The tracking information from over a week ago is telling me usps is awaiting items. I would not order from them ever again.

I haven't received my part jet for my truck.I've been still waiting on it

Good price. Delivery was as expected. Luggage rack was perfect and easy to install.
