I ordered a canvas of our yellow lab/golden retriever and the diamonds they sent for the canvas were blue/purple/green and gray for her face. Totally horrible looking!! They then sent me a picture of a white poodle and said the canvas was the right color. This was truly not my dog. This was very special to me as a surprise for my son as our dog has passed away. She was a rescue that we were blessed with. I am very disappointed with this company. I will not be ordering another thing from them.UPDATE: After several emails they said the colors they sent were right. They asked me to send another picture of our dog to see if it could be better for free. I said fine as long as the colors were right. This is a very simple head shot of Sweetie so I shall wait and see. It doesn't make up for the first one. I did finish the first one and her body was blue,green,pink,gray and purple. Let's hope this next one is better.

Didn’t send enough diamonds which is a huge no no

The Diamond dots came in the mail with perfect condition! Resembling my picture very well. It was a gift, and the person loved it very much.

Extremely satisfied with the materials. I do like that you package the drills in their own plastic bags. I just finished the diamond painting today. It will be displayed in my presentation booklet.

I’m enjoying the project but have encountered inadequate supply of two colors so far to fill my project. Planned on completely finishing it and then tell you which ones were short in supply to fill in entire picture. Thanks
