I received my package all wrinkled up and With no papers for the accountability for the drills. Wrong colors for one of my paintings. I have brought before from them with no issues but this was bad!

Your company offers variety of choices and especially speciality pictures. I enjoy doing ones of family members and their milestones. You help me bring them to life. Also enjoy being able to get them from USA. Delivery time is much quicker.

The picture is beautiful and the colors are true to the picture. Your dots do not stick to each other often as some other companies do. It's a joy to work on!

The print was as expected except for the colors, especially of the trees, shrubs, bushes etc. There seems more browns and other colors but not enough greens.

I received my custom canvas, and they had folded it to get it fit into a shorter soft sleeve. I asked to return it, and I was told that they have to fold anything that is larger than 60 cm wide. There is a large crease down the side of the canvas. I have completed one other square drill that had a crease, and the crease was still very noticeable. I do not want to spend months on a canvas that will be subpar in the end. They won’t discuss returning it until I complete the canvas. This is a very large canvas that cost over $70. I have no options other than to throw it away or spend months and just hope the crease isn’t noticeable. I am very disappointed.

I was expecting this to be on the cloth type backing!

I’m disappointed with how the lettering came out on my diamond art. The picture I sent was clear and legible so I don’t understand why it looks the way it does. Wish I could attach a pic so you can see what I’m talking about.
