My husband ordered a red rose bear with a case for me for valentine's day. The bear arrived in flimsy packaging and the bear is a complete joke. Roses are hot glued on with some already falling off. It also smells like the cheapest cologne you can buy. He tried to return it, but they don't respond back. He had to go though our bank to get a refund. Paid $85 dollars for it and the clear case also never came. HORRIBLE business!

It's beautiful gift... my grandma's going to love it, its for her 84th birthday... Got her the burgundy bear to match with her birthday month color... It came with the lights but you just have to add them to the bear yourself, I just wrapped the lights around it like a necklace... 3 extra roses came included along with the glue stick, so I just decided to stick them at the top of the box... a couple of roses started falling off when I was arranging the lights but no big deal glad they included the glue stick for this... glued the button for the lights outside the bottom side of the box. Thank you very much.

Gifted this product to my girlfriend for Anniversary and she loved it, only issue I had was the packaging messed up 1 little corner of the plastic housing but she didn’t notice it & loves it. I would recommend this bear as we haven’t had any roses fall off as mentioned in other reviews. Definitely will buy more gifts from this company. Thank you ❤️

Thieves. Absolute thieves. I ordered $275 worth of product and NONE of it arrived. Contacted there support email (useless) and they notified me to “check with local post office”. We have been emailing back-and-forth for about two weeks now, they have provided me with no solution other than to keep checking the local post office. Absolute scam. I would never recommend anybody to do business with these people.

Do not use this site. I bought the balloon rose bouquet. The pictures are very misleading. It arrives in a plastic bag, you have to put it all together yourself. They advertise that it's a bionic rose that lasts longer than wilty flowers. Yes because it's a cheap plastic dollar store flower. It comes with one white see through fabric for wrapping around. No instructions. Do not use this site

DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! It's a bit pricey but seemed like a cool gift. The delivery time was really long and when I did finally receive my bear it was an incomplete order. I wanted to return my item and get a refund but that is not possible. The Rose Bears (their main selling item) are non-refundable regardless of your dissatisfaction. I feel ripped off and regret dealing with this company.

Ordered a "made of rose bear"on Feb 5th for Valentines day,never showed up for Valentines day created a war with my wife received a tracking code on Feb 18th had already disputed the order on feb 16th spent almost 82 dollars for this product.the bear showed up on Feb 20th was prob a 2 or 3 dollar carnival stuffed animal was an piece of garbage.The ad is misleading and the product is garbage don't waste your time or money beware of scammers
