Total waste of Money. This a scam site. The shipment is sitting in LA since a week. No customer care support or anything. Total waste of money and time.

Just horrible. Package took forever and it looked nothing like how it was advertised

I would give zero stars - pure scam. They promise tracking number to be sent by 2 business days. If you notice them after 4 days, they will send you just automatic stupid answer without tracking number. Ordered in hurry, now I see red flags - don´t make the same mistake.

DO NOT ORDER A BEAR WITH A CASE FROM THEM!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THE CLEAR STORAGE CASE. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK & FORTH WITH THEM SINCE NOV. 8, 2022. THEY WILL NOT SEND THE CLEAR CASE. SAID THEY SENT IT BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED & THEN TOLD ME TO CHECK WITH THE POST OFFICE. NEVER RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT THE CLEAR STORAGE BOXES WERE SENT. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!! BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS & BLAST THEM OUT ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

I regret ordering flowers from the site Madeofrose. I had the worst experience with this flowers company. I place the order on 11/23/22, it’s been over a month and they still not delivered. I asked for my money back, they replied “ refunds are not acceptable “. I feel like this is a scam.

If I could give no stars I would. These people should be ashamed of themselves. My twelve year old niece asked me to order a present for her mom who has had a hellacious year. My niece has cried every day since Christmas because it has yet to arrive, despite the fact that I payed for two day shipping. I ordered on December 19th.

Ordered a gift weeks ago and it has been sitting at the post office in New York since two days after ordering...at least according to the company. I called the post office and they never received the product to ship it. I have reached out to the company multiple times, and all they say is that they are "looking into it." They also take multiple days to respond each time. I have reported them as a fraudulent company to the Better Business Bureau, as they are clearly scamming people, and I will absolutely never order from here again. It is the worst decision you could make.

Elite e the bad reviews. Ordered gift for Christmas on the 18th of December. Paid for priority shipment and it still has not arrived and it is the 30th. Customer Service told me paying for priority shipment means you get your “tracking number” in two days. Will never buy from them again.UPDATE - it is now January 15th and I still do not have my Christmas Gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
